Although the website provided by MAGNOR Trading offers the option of payment by card, MAGNOR Trading does not retain the card-related data. All payment data will be sent directly to the processor authorized by MAGNOR Trading to carry out these activities, namely MobilPay.
For the transmission of purchased items, at the customer's request, MAGNOR Trading provides the minimal necessary data (name, first name, address, phone) for shipping to the courier company.
These data are essential after creating your customer account, especially for contract execution and the potential use of a loyalty card. Upon opening a customer account, a customer number is assigned to you, which is allocated to your personal customer data, as this number allows for the unique identification of you as an individual.
You have the possibility to change this data by contacting our support services at suport@magnor.ro or at the address of the personal data protection officer (DPO) dpo@magnor.ro.
Your usage data and purchase behavior data will be retained for 3 years. However, your basic data will be retained for the duration of the contract and for a period of 5 years after the last activity.
Your data is stored entirely within the EU, and transmission or processing outside of this space is not permitted. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access to the greatest extent possible. In addition to securing the operating environment, for example, in certain areas (customer account, contact form for the site), we use encryption. The information you provide will subsequently be transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to prevent third-party misuse of data. c. Right of Rectification

d. Right of Erasure and Blocking
You have the right to block and delete the data stored about you at MAGNOR Trading. The deletion of your personal data can be done at any time, in accordance with the paragraph below, through the form you receive from our support center or by using our contact information for this request. Your data is usually deleted immediately but no later than one month after the application of this right. If deletion contradicts legal obligations to retain data established by law, contract, or tax, commercial or other statutory regulations, instead of deletion, your data may only be blocked. If this is the case with your customer account, you will receive a notice from us to this effect. After deleting your data, you will no longer receive information.
If you have not used the loyalty card for 3 years from the start of the contract, the activation of the deletion right is no longer necessary. All personal data that no longer need to be stored for legal reasons will be deleted after the above-mentioned period. Personal data, such as basic data, which must not be deleted due to legal reasons during storage, will be blocked for your security.
e. Right to Data Portability
If you request personal data provided, we will provide or communicate this data to you or another responsible person in a structured, common, and electronically processable format, if desired. The latter only if this is technically feasible.
f. Right to Objection
You have the right to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes at any time and without giving reasons. In addition, we draw your attention to the fact that by refusing all data processing processes, the completion of the contract for the customer card and the execution of customer programs may be limited or no longer possible.

In addition to the rights mentioned above, regarding data processing for personalized evaluation purposes, you have the additional right to participate as a natural person in the decision-making process, the right to object, and the right to express your point of view.
